Civic Leaders to Seek Proposals for New Convention Center Hotel

2019-04-29 :: Leaders from Hamilton County, the City of Cincinnati, Cincinnati USA Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB), The Port and Cincinnati Center City Development Corp. (3CDC) gathered earlier today to formally announce that they would jointly send out a request for proposals for the development of a new, upscale Convention Center Hotel to be built at the site of the 5th & Plum Parking Lot. 3CDC will lead the search for a hotel developer, working in conjunction with The Port and CVB, and with the support of County and City leaders.   More >

Cincinnati to Host First-Ever Tabital Pulaaku Assembly, April 27-28, 2019

2019-04-05 :: One of Africa’s largest ethnic groups – the Fulani community – will host its first-ever North American assembly in the Cincinnati region on April 27, 2019 with the Tabital Pulaaku Americas International Meeting. The event is expected to draw more than 600 international attendees to generate awareness about the Fulani culture, and is free and open to the public.   More >

Cincinnati selected to host major international Indian event over Labor Day Weekend

2019-03-26 :: Cincinnati has been selected as the host site for an international celebration of Indian culture with the NAVIKA 5th Annual World Kannada Summit, set for Aug. 30 through Sept. 1, 2019. The event, expected to draw nearly 2,500 attendees from around the world, is a celebration of culture from the Indian state of Karnataka, where ‘Kannada’ is the primary language. Cincinnati Wins Bid to Host USRowing National Championship 2019-2021

2019-03-05 :: The Cincinnati region is proud to announce it has been chosen to host the USRowing National Championships in July 2019. The event will take place William H. Harsha Lake in East Fork State Park, just 30 minutes east of Cincinnati. The park hosted the event from 2015 to 2017 and will once again be home to the National Championship from 2019 through 2021. 2019-02-05 :: Just in time for President’s Day, TourismOhio, in partnership with the Ohio History Connection, today launched the Ohio Presidential Trail on Trails.Ohio.org.
