The Hospitality Committee plans to showcase our vibrant community during All-Star Week. We are, after all, “The Queen City of the West.” A true Baseball Town, Cincinnati is the home of first professional baseball team!
Our Hospitality Committee’s vision is to enhance this All-Star Week for everyone! In our role to provide hospitality for all, we plan to greet visitors, and locals alike, with a warm welcome. COC All-Star Hospitality will
be evident at the airports, hotels and all around the city.
From the moment guests land at either of our two airports, Lunken or CVG, there will be colorful signage setting the stage for a wonderful visit. Airport volunteers will assist with lost luggage, transportation, and and provide a warm welcome.
In addition to the established Cincinnati USA Visitor Center on Fountain Square
(open 9 am. - 9 p.m.), there will be 14 Hotel Information Desks and 5 Hospitality Tents manned with “roving information specialists” (from Over-the-Rhine to Smale Riverfront Park) to help fans discover the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky region. We’ll facilitate visitors and residents in accessing the latest All-Star Week information through our “Daily Pitch” publication which will outline all events happening each day of the celebration.
Hospitality Tents: Noon - 8 p.m. on Friday, July 10. 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. July 11-14.
