Award-Winning Team Connects All the Dots
The Cincinnati USA CVB's Convention Services Department has earned a national reputation for quality that helps the region deliver memorable events time and time again. In 2010, the team earned its 16th Gold Service Award from Meetings & Conventions magazine and its 17th Pinnacle Award from Successful Meetings magazine. Perhaps most importantly, the team earned a perfect rating of "5" on a five-point scale on the CVB's post-convention evaluations of meeting and convention attendees.
The Convention Services team worked with 133 organizations in 2010 to help them build attendance, coordinate logistics and exceed attendee expectations. The team also processed more than 8,000 new and modified housing reservations and expanded the CVB's Welcome Program.
