A Community that Stays Together...




In 2010, as the Cincinnati USA CVB focused on region-wide collaboration, its membership community grew and galvanized like never before. The CVB added 71 new members in 2010 and realized $31,542 in new member revenue, while achieving an impressive 95 percent member retention rate. The CVB's Membership Department hosted six member events, which – with the Beyond member newsletter and updated social media pages on Facebook, Twitter and Flickr – helped members stay connected to the CVB and to each other.
